THE GREAT ROOM
The great room is the living space with couch and 3 easy chairs, 2 with hassocks to rests the legs after a day of hiking. The dining table fits easily 8 and we have seated 10 . The living room has an authentic cooking fire place ( cantou)5 feet high by 8 feet long, great to relax around .
A buffet breakfast will be provided each day, of fresh fruit, home made granola, Various breads , jams of the region, coffee, tea and juice. Each day Bayje can help you to decide what you will visit and provide maps and reservations if needed.

The kitchen
The kitchen is the heart of this home. Bayje an avid cook has built her dream kitchen to share with her guests. There are 2 under the counter Bosch refrigerators, a Bosch dishwasher, a microwave combined convection oven with rotisserie, lastly the queen of the room a La Clanche professional stove with 5 gas burners and 2 ovens one gas and one convection. The kitchen has regional stone counters and a farm table as an island with a copper sink for washing all produce. There is also a large sink by the dishwasher . Basics provisions as salt pepper spices are always open for the guests. Bayje will cook for her guests for 20-30 euros depending on the menu, wine and aperitif included, 2 days notices is needed, menu will be discussed ahead of time. There are many choices of farmers markets to go to. We also have our own butcher truck who comes to our hamlet each Thursday with the freshest meat choices.
